Her clear guidance and attention to detail helped us navigate this difficult time without the added stress of managing funeral arrangements.
My entire family agrees that this has been the best service we have ever experienced or seen. The team was highly responsive — even during the wake, when issues like a non-working fridge or toilet issues, someone was sent to assist within hours. This responsiveness gave us peace of mind and relieved us of many worries during our mourning period.
Every step was clearly communicated. From the Buddhist chanting to the final day of cremation, we were guided seamlessly and treated with VIP-level care, thanks to their well-organized and adequately staffed team. Jasmine continued to support us promptly even after the funeral, always replying to our queries with empathy and professionalism.
